Edmond Jean Leon Hubert Wingen born in Maastricht 1906, lived and worked in Maastricht and from 1936 in The Hague. Student of the Royal School (Ak. v.B.K.) in Den Bosch under Piet Slager, of the Secondary School of Arts and Crafts in Maastricht under H.C. Jonas, then of the Ak.
